Our C3 Kids ministry is not a babysitting club; it is a church within a church teaching the next generation. From media to worship to acting to preaching to greeting, almost anything that you would find in an adult service would also appear in a kids church service. Help us serve the next generation and invest into the future of our church!
Middle and high schoolers need adults to disciple and speak truth in their lives now more than ever! We are called to raise up this generation and walk alongside them as they discover their faith and love for God. Serving in youth comes in many different forms - Sunday morning middle school groups, Monday night youth services + connect groups, annual youth conferences, events, and more!
The welcoming committee of C3, this team helps to ensure that every person has a great experience from the very beginning. As the first smiles and waves that people see when they come to church, the team also directs traffic, find parking spots for cars, and escorts new guests inside.

This team runs and operates our cafe while providing exceptional service. They also make the BEST coffees and breakfast treats in town, but don’t take our word for it, try it for yourself!
The Service Team is the backbone of the sanctuary experience. From greeting guests and getting people to their seats, to serving behind the scenes, this team is key in supporting the flow of our worship services.
There is always something exciting happening in the life of our church. From Encounter conference, to Easter and Christmas services, there are always events (big and small) that we put on every month during our weekend services and major yearly conferences.
Our desire is that everyone would take their next step into what God has for them at C3 Church. This team helps to facilitate our Next Steps Pathway, welcoming guests and setting the atmosphere of the classes.
Creativity meets worship in this inclusive community of musicians, vocalists, artists, and techies. We find FULL LIFE as we serve with our talents and passions to create unforgettable worship experiences. We love pursuing the presence of God and want to help others experience Him, too!
Our Creative Team is the heartbeat behind the scenes, weaving creativity into every aspect of our church experience – both in person and online! They handle everything from graphic design to video production to photography, keeping our church and community engaged and informed in the most aesthetic manner possible. If you are gifted and experienced in any of these areas, this might be just the team for you!
